Description

Worn and torn dust jacket has loss and is in a protective sleeve, page edges tanned with some foxing. Spine faded and creased, damp stain inside cover and on endpaper (front and rear) but not appearing to affect outside or other pages, joint pulled at pp92/93. Book has orange/brown boards with some pale damp marking to bottom right corner, andacross the back board and spine. It "was short-lived, and was revised in the same year, with tinted illustrations for pale or unmarked eggs in place of the original crude outlines. Boards have some moderate edge wear, with slight bumping to corners and minor bumping to spine ends.

The cover may have some limited signs of wear but the pages are clean, intact and the spine remains undamaged.
