Enclosed are both a Keycap and a Switch-Puller with which all 88 buttons of the GMMK Full Size can be completely replaced in less than 20 minutes. Initially it was rather disappointing, but once the latest driver was installed it was quite impressive. I also changed the aluminum plate to a polycarbonate one and it really brings out the RGB so if you want brighter RBG switching the plate to an FR4/PC will help with that. The GLORIOUS is a wired keyboard, while the Keychron is wireless via Bluetooth and can be paired with up to three different devices. While it is not a full custom keyboard, it certainly opens the door to the keyboard hobby and allows you to experience a brand new world.

The other part of the kit make me think a lot of the tecware elite, mostly the software, the keycaps and the keyboard base itself. Paired successfully to Windows with Bluetooth dongle and a MacBook Pro onboard Bluetooth and no latency or lost keys in my usage. With Keychron, there are several layouts available — K2 for 75%, K6 for 65%, K4 for 96%, and K8 for TKL — so you can pick the one that is right for you. Raised Keys, Minimalist design - No visible branding on keyboard to make your battlestation look clean as possible. The GLORIOUS has a hot-swap board that lets you change the switches without soldering, allowing for greater customization.

For those that like to press down hard on their keys as they type, the experience may be a bit harsh as you will feel the switch “bottom out”. The molding is great but it is still those oem profile keycaps with the usual stencil font we usualy see.The GLORIOUS has a hot-swap board, making it a lot more versatile than the Ducky because you can choose and easily swap the switches without soldering. I managed to get my hands on PBT Islander from TKC when they had extras available, and I put them on the GMMK TKL that I put together. The Barebone Edition may look cheaper, but you'll also need to consider the fact that you need to purchase separate switches and keycaps, which could cost more than a prebuilt GMMK, depending on what you go with. Read more about the condition New: A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in original retail packaging (where packaging is applicable).

Of course, the Glorious PC Gaming Race brings GMMK TKL all the comfort of a professional keyboard, such as full anti-ghosting with N-key rollover via USB, in which no key entries are lost, no matter how many are pressed simultaneously. If you go for a pre-built GMMK, it comes with Gateron Brown switches by default and standard black (or white, if you can find the White Ice colorway) backlit keycaps. The GLORIOUS has a hot-swap board so that you can change the switches without soldering, while the Ducky is available in various switch options.White Ice also comes l oaded with all new improved stabilizers, and detachable USB-C connectivity on the TKL and Compact version (with fixed USB 2. Quite an interesting package for sure, great first timer diy kit especially because the quality is pretty good and it is hotswap, so no soldering here. Since the GMMK is black, no matter what color keycaps you put on it, the end result will look nice; unless you need your case body to match your keycaps (yes, there are many of these people out there). This update adds several new tests addressing Hardware Customization, Macro Keys And Programming, and Wireless Mobile Compatibility.

The software also isn't available on those two operating systems, which means you need to customize the board on Windows before bringing it to another OS. It has three different sizes, and the prebuilt version comes with Gateron Browns, which are a great beginner switch. Armed with a glorious sandblasted aluminum face plate, 100% anti-ghosting (full NRKO), LED back lighting (several modes), modular switches, double shot injection keycaps, and minimalistic design - The GMMK is revolutionizing the mechanical keyboard market, giving users full control without needing any technical experience. And while it is advertised as only compatible with 3-pin switches, you can clip the extra stems off of 5-pin switches to work with the GMMK. The GMMK comes with Gateron Brown switches, but you can always switch them out if you want a different feel.A chic bezel made of black anodized aluminium not only gives the keyboard a classy appearance, but also ensures high stability in the heat of the battle. But that doesn't mean that it's not compatible with 5-pin switches — you just need to make sure you clip those extra two stems to make them fit.
