Description

The Ei141RC runs on 230V AC mains power, and has a 9V PP3 battery back-up capable of lasting up to 4 years in standby mode and of powering the alarm for up to 2 years without mains power. We offer a broad range of wireless alarms which are becoming increasingly sought-after across the world, and these innovative fire alarm systems are now as effective as wired alarms due to the improvements in radio technology over the past 20 years.

This means you don't need to spend a penny on an electrician or worry about the disruption of rewiring works. We ensure that all the sealed lead acid battery products we provide have been manufactured to the highest standard using some of the most state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques. Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. The optical sensing chamber effectively "sees" when smoke is present, as the large particles block and cause an infrared light to scatter.Interconnecting the Ei141RC with the Ei1529RC enables the user to Locate, Silence and Test the Alarms remotely. To obtain a mains power supply, each alarm can be connected to the nearest lighting circuit using 2 core and earth cable with a separate, dedicated interlink cable connecting all alarms. We're sorry but this product has now been discontinued by Electrical Range and can no longer be purchased.

If the item comes direct from a manufacturer, it may be delivered in non-retail packaging, such as a plain or unprinted box or plastic bag. Hi, the aico Ei141RC is an ionisation smoke alarm and is obsolete, I would suggest that the "symptoms" you mention are an indication of end of useful life.First Aid Kits Copyright © 2020 The Safety Centre | Registered Company of Ribble Valley Building Services | VAT No.

Different alarms sensors work best at detecting different types of fire and so should be sited in appropriate rooms throughout a property. The Safety Centre has an extensive range of fire and safety products that we supply to companies and individuals worldwide, with over 30 years experience you can trust us to deliver a bespoke solution for all your fire and safety requirements.

Ionisation alarms are best at detecting fast flaming fires which are commonly caused by clothing and paper and are best suited in bedrooms. The new alarm can interlink with any other Ei140/140RC series alarms remaining in your system, along with many other Ei Electronics / Aico models. The simple installation process of the Ei146e replacement alarm eliminates the need for an electrician. As with the rest of the 140RC Series alarm the Ei141RC Ionisation alarm can be interconnected with other alarms and accessories through hard wire connection or, for less mess and disruption, by RadioLINK wireless interconnection.
